Australian student visa are processed by Australian High Commission. The students should apply for pre-visa approval two months prior to course starts date. On receiving the Pre-Visa Approval (PVA) the student has to pay the 1st semesters tuition fee to the institution. Thereafter the institution sends the fee receipt electronically, to enable High Commission to issue the Visa Stamp.

• Visa application charge – payable to the “Department of Immigration and Citizenship” by credit card, debit card, bank cheque or money order

• Affidavit of sponsor and his last 3yr return
• Academic Documents (originals and photocopied)
• IELTS score or academic transcripts showing English schooling/copies)
• Financial Documents (View Sample)
• Character certificate (View Sample)
• Guardianship form, if the student is under 18 years of age (View Sample)
• Property Documents along with Valuation ReportEvidence of relationship with the sponsor
• Bank loan Sanction Letter (if applicable)
• Evidence of Income

• Student Affidavit, if the student is self sponsoring for his studies in Australia Nomination form 956 (to be completed only if you are lodging through an agent)
• Health documents (adequate health cover to meet the stay in Australia)
• Work experience certificate if any (On Company’s letter head) If any of your dependents are 5-17 years of age (inclusive in the application), documentation confirming their enrolment in an Australian school and Under 18 Consent Form
